I have 1 premium account and 2 basic accounts. Can I sell horses on my premium one that are from my 2 basic as long as I don't buy them myself? Just for other players to buy as i know it is private sales.

You mean that you want to put horses from those other 2 accounts up for sale in your chat room?

No the associated account filter should stop you from buying them.

So, the filter on the premium account and wouldn't let her put them up for sale at all because of the association between the accounts?

No - you can sell to someone else just not to yourself :)
