Is there any way this could be fixed?

So I did a really stupid thing and mixed up which horse was which upon ordering. As such instead of hom mu on one horse and het mu on another I have het mu and hom mu on the same horse ordered at the same time.
Any idea if this is something that could be fixed or if I just have to deal with it? -
Hold off on breeding them for now. Ammit might be able to help out.
