Yay - finally done my breeding..
  • All 3 accounts have finished unless I go on a HH create spree to try for brindles :D
    Over 500 of my mares, 450 of Chilli's and 95 of DinaChill's.
    And breathe....
How many has everyone else got?
Now it's time to sort :D
  • Theoretically 611, but those are intact mares in total, and a bunch of them are just surrogate mothers or for sale. So maybe more like 540.

  • I have 371 breeding age mares on this account, with 182 of those being foundation mares.

Next season I'll have 435, give or take. I really need to pare down my foundation mares, but if Ammit keeps adding new genes, that plan'll go out the window... again. :D

My two side accounts have way less, i think probably under 100 combined.

  • I have about 330 mares but I rotate my foundations in 3 groups for 5-9 days bonus then breed the lined horses after the last group.

Hj1 I have all my mares sorted in pastures now so they’re ready for pastures to run on the 14th

  • I'm so small. Between my 3 accounts I only have maybe 150 mares. I keep stashing ivs for barn space.

  • @HollowbetheInk That is a very good plan. I've been here over a year, so I've had plenty of time to hoard. :)

  • Am I doing something wrong? I have around 1350 breeding mares... maybe I have a slight problem...
    ID: 16853
  • I have tonnes of mares still left that are breedable but some will be mass flushed and eggs sold.
The others that I will be breeding myself will be my boot line :D

  • @CWScowgirl87 lol I would be right up with you but for the longest time I kept forgetting that HJ2 breeding season was every month so I’d breed every other month or so whenever I remembered. In December I refocused and now have 250 foundation mares to start beefing up my lined breeding stock. (Which also means I should go on a spree soon to add another 50 foundation mares to fill up the 3 pasture groups lol)
  • So far I have bred 350 out of my 520 mares. I am slower at breeding than most people because I only have one pasture to switch my mares around in. It takes more work but it works just fine. I am super happy with my foals this year. Quite a few keepers. I sort as I breed so all of my 350 foals so far have been auctioned, snipped, or put in their place for when the come of age for breeding. Hoping my good luck continues as I finish breeding.
  • Everything I have is bred, with an exception for some mares I'm going to bootstrap. However, everything desperately needs to be gone thru and sorted and sell what doesn't fit in. Idk why I'm putting this off.
