Kinda Weird

I had a pasture of about 60 mares some foundation and some 3G (the foundations being in there was an accident, but maybe get some show ponies). The stallions were both 3G A's.

A good amount of the intact foals were by foundations.

The first filly above papered Blue, which matched her sire's paper lever, and higher than her Red papered foundation dam (an exceptional producer).
The second filly, also Blue, matches her sire's paper level and is much higher than her C papered foundation dam.
The third foal, a colt, papered A, like his sire. His dam is a Yellow papered foundation. I suspect he will comparison test no better than About as Good as his sire, or even worse than his sire, but I could be wrong.
The fourth foal, another Blue filly, once again has a paper level matching her sire and higher than her Red papered dam.
Based on the parental paper levels, only the second filly and the colt are truly surprising. I suspect that these results may have been affected by the pasture bonus, if the mares were in the pasture for a considerable time.

Ok, thank you. They were in there 14-19 days. Depending on each one. I only got 2-3 intacts from the other 3G mares which is kinda weird too. But maybe I didn't have as many 3G mares in there as I thought I didBreeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses.
