Solved-New Tack Pack Backgrounds Won't Load

    I was trying to put WaterColor Galaxy on this guy. It showd on the tack pack page as there, but whenever I rempve the Galaxy Dawn and refresh, the picture wont load at all and then times out. When I hit refresh again, Galaxy Dawn is still th background and still no WaterColor Galaxy
