Perfect ending to Breeding Season
-
I have to say, I’ve had quite a few ups and downs this breeding season. From getting the majority colts, to losing most of my fillies to SBA, to my Macchiato pasture being a total flop...I had pretty much called this season a bust with the exception of a couple nice snowflake foals.
Until this last pasture of 3rd gen ladies. Out of 7 mares, I got 4 little ladies to paper blue and pass SBA with awesome PT.

And then, I had a 4th gen lady that I had a hard time figuring out a stud for. But I picked the best boy I had, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes when this boy popped up, and the testing blew me away. A gorgeous little 5th gen stud colt, that not only inherited both S+ and KitM, but tested Superior to Sire! He will definitely be worth the GMT to remove the black gene he inherited. Thank you to @RubyJoFarm for putting his sire up for sale.

Thanks, I needed that boost this season. Can’t wait to see what they look like in a few days
