Question about different tack/horse mods that I see on random sale horses?
-
Alright, so I'm TOTALLY a noob on here so bare with me, haha. But on some random horses I see some really cool things like tack and mane modifications that aren't available when I go into my own tack selection, how do I find those? Thanks!
-
Some tack packs are available for purchase with game money. This can be found in upgrades and extras>upgrade with game money. Game money is converted to IVs, which can be used on tack packs. There are several different themes, and cost varies. Beyond that, other tack is available with different upgrades.
-
You should also be told that if you buy a horse that has modifications or tack that came from a tack pack that you don't own, the modifications and tack will disappear.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

If you click on the tack tab for a horse it tells you what tack they have including what tack pack it is from.

Thank you guys!
Yeah I had no clue that the mods wouldn't be available even if you purchase a horse with one, thought I was being cleaver but nope you guys were right, haha!
Makes me sad that they have to be purchased. Haha, I'm a financially struggling doctoral student so unfortunately I can't spend money on fun games :/ but good to know now! -
You can buy them with game money. Build up your show herd and you will have more tack then you know what to do with. :D

Awesome, thanks for the advice! Haha, so I've already blown through all of my HB coin money.
Whats the best/fastest way to generate the game money? -
One more quick question, how long does it take for a horse to age a year?
-
At the end of every month a horse ages a year.
The best way to generate money is to get show horses. They earn 75% of their points worth in hajibucks every week. I do have a giveaway going (will get link) if you need some show horses.

Every horse will show how many points they have and how many points they make you a day. So definitely a good reason to hold on to the older horses.

Oh man, that takes a super long time in real time! Was expecting more like 24 hours or a few hours or something, good to know.
I think that I have a few good show horses, unfortunately though they pretty much ate up all of the HJs that I had so now I only have a couple horses. But I will definitely give your giveaway a try, thanks! -
Yea... it does. Also just auctioning reject foals adds up fast as well. (Although I would recommend keeping any you know have a high PT because they will make good points). You could always auction reject foals, then oftentimes in auction there's already pretested PT horses with points (or without) that you can get for the same price.
Part of what I like is this game rewards patience!Breeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses. -
Just checked out your giveaway, how fun!
Could I possibly just submit a photoshopped picture of my horse running in the pasture with his pasturemates for an entry? Haha, I'm not a very good drawer anymore and wouldn't even know where to start with making a poem, haha! -
