Ammit says, in the very start of the announcement that the script runs every hour to deliver the payment and the barn. However, since this whole version of the game was just moved to an entirely new facility, something may have happened to interfere with it. There have been a few other glitches that have cropped up today as well.

Also, have you tried logging out of the game completely using the log out link at the bottom of the left menu and then logging back in again? Sometimes that will help trigger a change like activating upgrade features when a player has just purchased one.

If that doesn't work for you, then I recommend this: It's the middle of the night for Ammit, but she's very good about checking what's going on with the game. If you edit your original post and change the category to Bug Report, she'll be certain to check things out for you
