Welcome to Hunt and Jump.

This is a game where players set personal goals and then work to achieve them. This makes for a friendly community, so if you have questions, please feel free to ask them.

The link to the FAQ will bring you to a good basic overview of the game, but it doesn't cover all the fine details, so you are certain to have some questions as you start playing.

It's almost the end of this game year's breeding season (midnight tonight), so you'll have several days to explore posts, especially in the Help me out section, and think about how you want to start. A good plan is sometimes to just start with a stallion and a few mares and play around for a bit, then, once you're familiar with the game and all the variety it has to offer, planning for breeding specific genes that tickle your fancy.

Here's a link to a discussion for people who join or have joined the game in April. It will give you a chance to meet some players who started this month. Ammit just got this idea started, so it may take a while to catch on. The more people who participate in these early days, the better everyone will understand how they will work to get everyone off to a good start.
