I was very excited to catch two homozygous appaloosa Herd Helpers today.

Well, I simply asked them to be homozygous LpLp... I didn’t specify I would like them to show some PATN1 : P

Good effort, ladies. I will use extra loud stallions on these mares.

I have a few intact hom Lp's. Click here to see all of them.

My most extreme are these two. They have no other patterns, just hom Lp.

@Alohomora Thanks! Caramel is definitely one of my favorites. I'm hoping to replicate her my crossing her parents again.

@supersarah My boy Orange Underneath is liver (dun) too! You can't even tell by looking, he has all of 5 spots, and they aren't bit enough to tell color. :D

I've had good luck with the champagne appy herd helpers. I have quite a few LP/LP with at least one PATN, but mine all trend towards snowcaps, even the colt who's homozygous E, A, W20, LP, and PATN. lol
