Random associated account?

Apologies if this is a stupid question - but I noticed today the 'Associated Accounts' option on the sidebar. I've never noticed this before and so, out of morbid curiosity, I clicked it. It says my member ID is associated with two accounts.
I just have this one account, the other one mentioned isn't mine or anything to do with me. Does this even mean anything? How would I.. de-associate it?ID #31100 -
Your internet server rotates IP addresses amongst the different people on their devices. Sometimes you may have used the same IP address that someone else did, and it will show up as associated with your account. You really don't need to worry about it, unless you and that Associated account try to sell or buy horses from each other. If that happens, there is usually someone on The Forum who can help you out with the sale
