Hi! Welcome to the game! It looks like you have a basic upgrade which includes Auto-Trainer. All of your horses that are able to be trained will be automatically trained each week when Sunday rolls around (so no babies or anyone already levelled-off). This excludes any horses you've bought mid-week that haven't been trained yet so you will have to train them for that first time!

Bandit is correct--the auto-trainer runs during every nightly roll-over to train any new horses created that day. Foals/yearlings do not train. That starts when a horse becomes 2 years old.

In addition, horses that have leveled off are still trainable and will be trained if you have at least a Basic upgrade. They just add only very minute fractions of a point to their show scores. If they level off in the middle section of their classes, they will probably remain in that level/grade until they age out of the game, unless they live a very long time. If they level off near the top of their classes, they may, after several game years, level up into the bottom of the next level/grade.
