Usually I'd post something like this to Facebook but the future recipient of the drawing is on my facebook!
So I'd like to share here with y'all.
This is a really cool story it's a horseman I've been Working with spending time with a previously untouched 13 year old stallion. To see the transformation of this horse has been incredible!
Right now it's just floating heads and very sloppy lines but I can't wait to see how it turns out! I know I need to do more work on the guy's face but I was timid about putting too much dark too quick

Tonights update! I probably will keep working on it but I am taking a break. After comparing to my (awful) reference, I see a few things I can fix especially with the neck/chest.
I am thinking I will have them standing in some grass, or do the sand they are originally in. IDK yet -
That's looking really good. I agree that the neck and chest could use some work, and they do need something to stand on, but I'm really impressed especially by the hands. They can be very hard to do. What is TTouch? -
It's sort of neurostim as I understand it. Supposed to help horses with body awareness and a dozen other things. Like acupressure meets therapeutic massage plus fine motor control training and meditation.
The position they're in reminds me of it. -

He was just trying to prepare the horse for easier haltering and bridling in the future teaching him to lower his head and relax. It was super cool to watch!
Heres the progress as of tonight, and I plan to get a pic in natural light tomorrow and hopefully do my finishing touches! I dont think I will put a blue sky behind them as it will draw attention to the jeans... so I think it will be as is!
