Well, you might hang on to it and just train and show the horses there, then, when this stable gets well-established you could merge the two together. Here's the description of merging accounts.

Using Iv's you can merge two accounts you own together. When you merge an account it is like the account you are currently logged into purchases all the horses and assets of the second account. Merging will move all of the horses, cash, Iv's, upgrades, barns and straws you might own from the selected account and move them into this one. The base cost of 14 IV's pays for the basic transfer and a new 30 stall barn to put the transfered horses in. Moving barns will add to the price of the merger. Trophies and stable show records will not merge.

The advantage of this is that the horses in the first account should have gained some decent points by the time you're ready to merge, and can add to the income of the combined stable, even if they're not the colors/patterns you are really interested in. If you neuter the horses in the first account, they should have some training advantage. Show horses can be a great help to a stable because they don't cost anything except for entering shows, and they add to your showing bonus without using up funds breeding them. :D
