    Valentine's Day is just around the corner. In recognition of the month of love during February if you breed to any stallions owned by Just Jump It and find yourself short on hb's but would like to know if your new colt is better than his sire, shoot me a private message.     I think they mean since comparison testing is now available to test foals against sires not owned by you rather than comparison testing is now available to anyone
