Just a question.
-
Should I be keeping yellow mares or c papered stallions? Most of mine are A or red papered with blue papered fillies ready in a few months. Also I have a C Papered Rs stud and a Red papered RS mare. But I don't think I should breed them together.

I breed C papered foundations to red papered foundations, and visa versa, but you can expect more spays/gelds. That doesn't worry me too much as the SBA will alter them to the red/B papered parent which suits me anyway, especially for colts. The fillies I might only do BA

I only yellow/C horses I keep are foundations. The B/red RS are rather low and close to a PF, so I do breed them back to the yellow stock.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable. -
I only keep Yellow/C horses as foundation, because that's foundation quality. It's so easy to get Reds and Bs at 2G that it's not worth it to me to keep the Yellow/Cs are 2G or higher.
I personally breed the B/Red foundations to other B/Red foundations.
