I would probably keep the great show horses, because they will continue to earn you money by just sitting in your barn and being shown. Also, if you have Rank Special horses, they can be sold for lots of money, if you want to. If you’re trying to make money, what I did (and still occasionally do) would be to put one foundation stallion and as many mares as you would like to in your pasture. To make money from this, you probably shouldn’t spend more than 2500 hbs on them, or you could create them yourself. Once you have your horse’s that can be bred in the pasture, it costs 500 hbs to breed them. Then, I typically enter all foals and mares into the public auction where you are guaranteed to make at least 2500 hbs per horse that is entered! I typically keep one or two foundation stallions to do this with!

Example: 1 stallion bred to 8 mares (in pasture) creates 8 foals for 4000 hbs total. Then, if all of the foals and mares are entered into the auction, you make at least 40,000 hbs. So, if you paid 2500 for the mares and 500 for the foals(this is without any testing being done) you make a profit of 16,000 although you gain the 40,000!

@Amgr1992 Typically, I have a few things I go by when deciding whether or not to keep horses.
First, I make sure that they are the certain colors I like and want.
Second, with foundations, I make sure their PT score is 9.5 and over and if they’re papered I keep yellow/red (mares) and C/B (stallions).
Third, if I still have too many, I will sell or auction horses I don’t use.

(to collect a straw) Click on Collect a Straw and choose which stallion you want to get one from!
(to sell a straw) Click Sell Straw/Egg and then choose which straw!
If you want straws from basically any of my stallions, I can sell the straws to you for 500hbs for your first 10! 500hbs is pulling cost :)

Yes! I don’t have any restricted genes! Also, the first KP W10 boy you see is the only one I can’t send straws from!
