I am pretty sure you just keep collecting a straw/egg until you get a foal that passes breeding advice.

Basically the person who uses the egg/straw will use BA on the foal. If the foal fails, the person who gave them that straw/egg would have to send another other, for 1hbs.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
