Between your own users? If you have two accounts playing from the same IP, then no, but this also counts for accounts that have ever played from the same IP, so if you visit your friends house and play there too, your account will be associated and you'll both have to get Premium Upgrades to sell between each other. If you're trying to sell to your other account, you could find a proxy (though that might be frowned upon, I forget), or you could enter your horse into the public auction and buy it from the other account. This can be risky if you put up a bunch of horses at once (since you'll have to flip between them all at the end of the auction), or Rank Specials.
