The "Place this tattoo"-button have gone missing? I can choose the location, but not place it :P

That horse already has that tattoo. You can't but the same one on twice. Not a bug. ;)

Nope, none of the ones I tried to place tattoos on had any tats at all, and all the buttons were missing, not just one :) But they are back now.
