I am trying to wean out unpapered stallions. As I have bought some. But should I sell or keep him, I am kind of attached.
SS Black Jack Blaze</a -
Being new here it is hard for me to tell if I should keep him for Stud or sell him.
-
He would most likely be B or C papered. Slight chance of an A.
If he is what you breed for I would keep him. :D●▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

If you want to breed guaranteed Appaloosas he is awesome as he is a FewSpot! Meaning he is Homozygous for Lp!

Ok thank you! I will keep him.

Devil's advocate here: With his inconsistency and PT, in my herd, he would get snipped and auctioned. I also try to avoid uneven gens, which is purely personal preference. Many players give priority to matching levels rather than just matching generations. PT-wise, he is much worse than his sire, and his dam was spayed. All these factors combined would send him on a one-way trip to Fujiyama for me.
Since you have a smaller stable right now, every stall really counts. If you are patient and willing to scour auctions and sales for horses who were not color tested but meet your needs, I think you could find a great gem. Especially this month; everyone is trying to make room for all the December goodies.
BUT, if you really love him, keep him! That's the great thing about this game: there's NO wrong way to play. I used a VERY low quality (for his gen) uneven homozygous Appy stud my first five months of play, because I loved how pretty his foals were. He is now gelded, but he will always have a home with me, and I kept several of his foals as (honestly, quite terrible) gorgeous show ponies. It was a purely emotional decision, not logical at all, but it made me happy. That's the primary point of the game: have fun!
If you're on the fence, I say snip and search for higher quality. The fact that you're asking means you likely have some doubts about him. If you want help searching for a replacement stud, let me know and I will help you search : )Looking for Appaloosas? Check out my Riata account. -
I'm selling this guy, he has a few points and is an exceptional producer. I can reduce the price for you if you need.
