Longest Color Description
  • This little girl just got the longest color description I have ever gotten on a horse. So I just had to post it for conversation.

Capri Raptor is a: Silver Buckskin Roan Pearl Dun Splash Tobiano Frame
Her color is way bigger than she is. :D If I remember correctly, they can only be entered in 4 or 5 Breeder's Clubs. Now I just have to enter in the 4 or 5 Breeder's Clubs I want her in first..... :-?
Edit: Ahhhhh darn, she was only on the list for four, and they weren't, Pearl, Splash, Tobiano or Era 0. She was on the lists for Silver, Cream, Dun and Frame.

  • I don't think CcrCprl can be entered in the Pearl club. No reason she shouldn't have been in the others unless she was already in 4.

    She's a cutie. :)
  • That is a very long color name. She's really pretty.

The Rank Special, Color With a Really Long Name, is even longer. From the HH description: "They will be at least heterozygous for dun, roan, silver, champagne, varnish, appaloosa, tobiano, splash, frame, and rabicano."
De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

    SandyCreek Farm: ID# 441
also playing H&J1 as SandyCreek Acres: ID# 137592
  • My longest color description is. a 4th gen Classic Cream champange sabino splash rabicano. And that belongs to my filly Iceberg Doubt
Life is Special live it to your fullest
  • Thanks for the info Abbey Road, I figured it might be something like that.
