Ammit, are the rescues supposed to train their horses?

I have noticed that neither Foundation Rescue, nor Hajinc Rescue train their horses on HJ2 the way the do on HJ1. I'm not sure if this is deliberate, or if it is something that ought to be fixed.I was jllewis on the old forum.
Stable ID 88 -
Only accounts with upgrades train. If those accounts don't have upgrades then they aren't training.
