Yes. They buy all horses from the public auction for 2500hb unless a player outbids them, and players can directly sell unwanted horses to them for 1000hb. Horses that FSYYC buys in the auction may go into one of the rescues if they meet the rescues' criteria, ones sold directly do not go to the rescues. Foundation Rescue (owner 13 in the horse search) takes perfect foundations with no foals and offers them for public sale for 2500 or 2750HB. The Hajinc rescue takes lined horses with no foals that meet some unspecified quality standard and sells a selection of them each week in the private auction (which is only available to upgraded players). Horses which are not taken by the rescues are deleted from the game if they have no foals or sent to the archive if they do have foals.
