Help Pricing Closed Genes!

Hey guys! Just wondering what the going rate for certain genes are. I dont want to over price but I dont want to underprice either!
I have WaterColor.DivineDreams ~ 30908
Breeder of KitM, W10, W3, Livers, Chocolates, Brown, S+, Pearl, Macchiato, Nexus, and WaterColor! -
Their isn't one yet. I'd price them as you would any second gen plus maybe a small markup. Anyone you are selling too already has tons of second gens too, so you tend to need something special to justify a price increase.
