My First Gulastra Plume
-
I got my first foal that made the Gulastra Plume club. I can't see it though, she is a perlino dun. But I may not recognize what I am looking for either...lol. She was the lowest points foal produced, but hey I had to start some where.... :D

The bottom of her tail would have been white, in a plain bay. I'm not sure how GP works with homozygous cream and dun combined. Someone who has been breeding for it may be able to give you an answer.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

I wasn't sure if I was seeing any darker creamy color in her tail or just shading. Being the color she is, but she is my first, and I am already excited about her.

Well first of all, congrats! I would guess that it would be nearly impossible to see GP on a perlino even though it is technically exhibiting, and your girl seems to corroborate that. She's lovely!
-
If you reroll her a few times you might get a picture where you can see it. I have had plenty of perlinos where the GP is visible.

Thanks Kaquel, I am just loving her already.
Thanks for the info Maribo. I am going to run right over and reroll her to see if it shows up. -
Congrats! I'd be tempted to take one of those creams off, myself :)
