I'm adding tack to mares in the pasture. So far only one pasture thumb nail shows the change. The others are the old image how do I get them to update there? I tried refreshing the page and doing a hard log out and coming back. If you go to the individual page it shows the changes just not in the pasture preview.

Logging out will only fix upgrade issues. Nothing else.
You have cached images. Your computer remembers images it has already seen to save you bandwidth. The images are updated but your system is not showing them. A f5 refresh normally fixed it.

Control R is another way to do it. You may need to clear your temporary internet files/browser cache.
