Once you've read those, feel free to ask specific questions about anything you're still uncertain about. We're a friendly group and like helping new players.

You can look through the Help Me Out category of the forum for questions other players have asked.

This is not a competitive game. Players set their own goals and work toward them. It can help just to play around with some horses for a while to get used to how things work and then auction them off when you have had time to decide what you want to concentrate on.

Neutered horses get a bit of an advantage in training, so it's a good idea to keep them around.

There is a wide range of results possible from almost everything we do in the game. Almost no result is guaranteed, so don't get discouraged when disappointing things happen. They will, fairly frequently, just as they do in real life.

You can post your ID number in the announcement about the New Member Pack near the top of the forum page. You will receive an extra barn and some additional hajibucks (game money).
