I just made an embryo from these 2 horses and realized they both have Splash but I don't know if the foal is lethal now I'm scared!!! :-?? Can I get an outside opinion on these 2?

Splash 2 and Splash 3 is lethal. So there's a 1/4 chance the foal is lethal, a 1/4 chance it won't have any splash at all and a 1/4 chance it will only have one of the Splash varieties.
That absolutely sucks. I'd create it with fingers crossed and hope! Remember, it's a 3/4 chance that the foal will be fine. So I'm hoping luck will be with you! -
(Of course, with W10, Kit M, and two splash iterations in there you also have a decent chance at an Excessive White foal too....lots of fingers crossed!!!)

Bred him with her twice. One foal survived but have to gmt kitM onto him as he got no white genes.

Well you're definitely rolling the dice with this one!
That said, I still laugh and roll my eyes about the 3 or 4 test tube babies in a row that I lost to a Freaky Friday stallion before I realized he had homozygous frame. The owner had GMTd him brown, and her naming convention for lethal genes was different from mine so I just blithely used him on, I think, Wet N Wild mares and had a bad run of luck. It hurt a lot at the time but I definitely remember to check all straws for Frame now! -
Well if this foal makes it I definitely have a lot of GMTing to do on this baby :/ I've got my fingers crossed on this baby

So there are 16 possible combinations of Kit and Splash alleles for this foal
4/16 give you lethal Splash alleles.
It's also a 4/16 (or 1/4) chance you would get both Kit Patterns.
kit M and W10 together by themselves are only lethal when there is an Extensive White Factor. I'm guessing with a Splash added that they're lethal with Medium or higher White factor.
So, there is a 1/16 chance the foal will be plain--no splash, no Kit
A 3/16 chance the foal has both kit patterns but not both Splashes...I'm guessing that with no splash he has a good chance of being alive. With one splash I'd say he's got a 50/50 chance. So that makes it a 3/32 chance of a live foal with both Kit Patterns.
There is a 6/16 chance of one Kit pattern only and a 3/16 chance of no Kit pattern at all.
