Horse for sale in buddy chat?

How do you do this? And I only have a basic upgrade, is this only available to premium?

You cannot create your own chat room, but if the person you are selling the horse to has a premium upgrade, you would be able to put the horse for sale in that chat room.
If your buyer doesn't have a premium upgrade, I would be willing to serve as your agent, buying the horse from you in my chat room and then passing it on for the same price to your buyer.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
