Lethal foals

Does the game tell you if you get a lethal foal, or does it just not show up? I bred 4 mares in a pasture today and only got 3 foals, but no message anywhere saying the foal was lethal. The mare does show 1 breeding for this year, too.

It tells you if you hand breed them, but no such notice comes up with pasture breeding. Sounds like you did get a lethal foal, if the combo was there from both mare and stallion?Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

I looked at the chart and it was probably lethal. I assumed I'd get a message if it was, but Obsidian answered that one. Here are the parents, for reference :) Thanks!
