What is going on above his mane?

What's that above his mane? The translucent squiggles? His mane has changed since I created him that's for sure.

If refreshing his image doesn't work...remove his tack and reapply it. It is just a glitch♡ ID #23495 ♡

I'm not really seeing that is not normal I think that's just his mane not all manes are straight across up there :) it just gives the mane texture but I could be wrong let's see what Ammit says

Yep. I got it all fixed, it was like a layer of the mane art had popped up above the mane and went all the way to the ears. But removing the tack and reapplying helped.
