I personally chose to get rid of most of my red three G mares or breed them to 2g studs that better fit their quality, but I am always looking for excuses to cull, and the lower paper ones make thing easier. The few 3g red girls I bred still as 3g sometimes threw best of pasture, but on the other had they often didn't as well.

Personally, I would alter the B boys, unless something amazing. I would keep the mares though. Even just BA will weed out the not as good 4G foals. Some red mares could be at the top of the red spectrum. If not, their foals will still make good show horses or auction fodder.
