where did the KD so shiny spray go? is it on the premium upgrade grade?

I have a Premium Upgrade, and I can't find it either.

I have a Premium Upgrade and I found it in the very top drop down box. You have to scroll down quite a way, but it's listed in the "Hide" section.
Whether or not it's a premium upgrade option, I do not know.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
