If you're not ready to create horses for yourself, you can visit the Foundation Rescue by going to Community, Search Horses. Once there, click on "For Sale" in the top left, put 13 in the slot for Owner ID and select Mare or Stallion. If you're searching for mares, you might want to uncheck "Bred this year." There you will find lots of perfect foundation horses that will have 100% breeding ability, 100% showing ability, and perfect consistency, the best normal create horses can be.
