Goobanni's advice is pretty sound, but keep in mind that this gender change must take place before the foal turns 5. That only gives you 4 real life months to save up for it.

You may have already done the math, making the rest of this unnecessary, but in case you haven't yet had the opportunity, I will post it.

A gender change costs 2 GMT's. That is 40 IV's or 500,000 hbs. That would mean purchasing 2 IV's every week (25,000 hbs), and perhaps occasionally 3.

Before you definitely settle on this change, ask yourself, "Does my stable's showing bonus have the capability to give me that much extra income in the time available?" This community is one that gives a good chance of outside help for the project, though, so if you're coming up on the deadline and find you need more than you have been able to save, don't be afraid to ask for help.

Your other option would be to use real money to purchase the GMTs if you can't afford them using hbs but I'm not sure if that's something you'd want to do.

You also have until October 28 at 1159 pm eastern time to save hbs or buy a gmt to switch her!
