    When you buy a horse does the showing profit reset after you buy it?

    For example I just bought a horse and it had some showing profits before I bought it, but after I bought the horse it had zero showing profit.

    Is this normal?

    Yes, I think that would be normal. The previous profit was how much more it made than the previous owner paid for entering it in shows.

    However, the showing points will stay with the horse, so it will still add to your showing bonus every night.
