The yellow bell?

Before my bell was white in the top right corner and now it's yellow. Why? And what does it mean?

It means a buddy chat you are in has had new activity. If you click it, it will take you to the Buddy Chat lobby and you can see all the chats you can join in the middle and the chats you are already in on the right. The one with new activity will also have a yellow bell beside it.

That means someone added you to their chat room for one reason or another and a post has been made in that chat room. Click on it and see which chat room is listed.
