Upgraded to basic but features missing *SORTED*

My basic membership lapsed but I've paid again. My barn says it's 75 stalls but it has 22 horses in it, yet when I try to add one it says I have no room? And the main page says "you have a free account and can start breeding on the 3rd" yet below that it says "basic upgrades get 12,500 pay." I've left it 24hrs to see if it sorted itself out but no luck. Is there anything I can do?
*Logged in and out a few times and that seems to have done the trick!
