How do you earn them with out buying them with real money?

You can buy them with HBs! That can be found under upgrades & extras --> Upgrade with game money. Each IV costs 12,500 HBs, so it can take some time to save up enough. Especially newer players!

In fact, the only way you can buy IV's is with hajibucks. There is no option for buying them with real money.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
