    I have no idea where to go to get my horses assesed for quality! Please help

    I looked at your page and it looks like you don't have an upgrade. Unfortunately papering is a benefit of having an upgrade so you can't paper your horses unless you have at least a basic upgrade :)

    You need to upgrade your account to access Papering (Breeding Inspection). You currently appear to have a free account.

    If you want to upgrade, go to Upgrades and Extras on the menu to the left and you will have the choice to upgrade with real money via PayPal (for the basic or the premium upgrade) or with game cash via Investment Voucher purchase (for the basic upgrade only).

    If you do upgrade, you will probably need to log out and log back in to access the new testing and other perks of upgrading.
