  • As greys age, they get "greyer" untill they turn white. So while she may have been dappled before, she has greyed out to looking white now. All greys will eventually look white, unless they get fleabitten, which is little specks of color over their bodies, but still mostly white.

  • Think about the Lippizan breed in real life. They all start out bay or black as foals and grey out usually until they are completely white. They, too, can go through a dappled stage.
De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

  • My real life pony was born black and is now a dappled grey at 12. Same thing happens in the game! It's super cool :)

  • I really do love how realistic this game is. I was aware that this happened in real life but had no clue small details like this were added into the game. Hunt and Jump was programmed amazingly.
  • Yeah it is by far the best breeding game out there. I love that it's creator is so hands on. I"m impressed by the care taken to cultivate a good community and a reasonably even playing field. The little realistic details are so fun.
