Where do I purchase tack?

Upgrades and extra -> Upgrade with Game Money -> IV shopping (at the bottom) and then scroll down to the bottom of THAT page to get to the tack packs! This should be a short cut for you, just thought I should put up the steps:

If you go to the Tack tab for any of your horses, you will find some standard tack available. The purchasable tack packs give you extra-fancy stuff. There are drop down boxes that allow you to choose particular items.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
