Confusion on mare papering

I have this 2nd gen mare (9.2pt) who papered yellow and I am confused as to why that would happen. She has had three foals, stallion 10pt, gelding 10pt and a mare 10.1pt. What would cause her to paper so low?

Checking my yellow paper mares, it looks like if the foal PT average is less than around 10.2 she'll paper yellow so I don't think that is unusual.
