Leveling off is something that naturally happens to the horses when they reach a certain age; it isn't something that you can hurry up, at least in this game. Level 0 horses in H&J1 can be given speed training, but that is not a feature available to later eras there nor for any era here.
Many horses will level off when they reach 9 or 10 if they are neuters. Those with PTs higher than 11 begin to slow down in training when they reach about that age and then level off completely when they reach an age that is about the same as their PTs.
She's gained a good number of points for a 4 year old, but that's really not many at all. The horse in my stable that has the highest number of points is 18 and has 438 total points, but I didn't start showing him regularly until he was about 10 and already leveled off, at the time when Ammit changed the showing system. In H&J1, where there are two real-life months to a game year instead of one, horses that are shown regularly and do quite well can gain thousands of points in their lifetimes. Here, since the "years" are a month shorter, they have less time to train in a given year, and they level off twice as quickly and earn comparatively fewer points, reaching lower showing levels than the horses in H&J1.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
