    How does having two stallions in a pasture work? Do they just breed randomly to different mares or what?

    Hi! Yes, the 2 stallions will randomly breed to your mares :)

    Which means if you have 50 mares in a pasture, one stallion may breed to 49 of them, and the other to 1!

    It usually divides the mares more evenly between the available studs, though. For an example, I had 2 full 60 acre pastures with 2 studs each, where one pasture split the mares 27 and 33 and the other split them 29 and 31. That is a lot more usual than having most of the mares going to one stallion.
