What should I price my Studs at for next season?

You are a very new player, so my advice may seem harsh, but it is given kindly to help you learn more about how this game works.
I see that you have Show Me Cash up for auction, so I won't advise about him.
Colourless Dancer is a pretty ordinary color foundation. My personal practice has always been to put foundation stallions up for 1 hb, unless they had something special in the way of color or pattern to offer. Then I would go as high as 250 hbs.
Twilight Tears has an extremely uneven pedigree and he's by a C papered stallion whose sire and grandsire were B papered. I would never select him to breed to even though I'm quite fond of the look of White 2 and Frame combined. Even though he has a long pedigree for at least part of his lineage, the breeding is so uneven that there is no guarantee that he would paper better than his sire, his dam hasn't even had free testing performed on her, and his 9.5 PT doesn't recommend him either. I doubt you'd get any takers for him even at 1hb per live cover.
Stud fees and raising horses to sell are not the best way of making money in this game. Showing horses and collecting a large number of the points awarded for where they place in their classes is the way to go.
If you search for horses with the Available to Adopt tattoo, you will find some show horses with a good start on collecting points. You are a new enough player to be eligible for the adoption program, so if you see something you like there, PM the owner by clicking on that person's name and finding the link to send them a message.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
