New account-can't access forum

So I created a new basic hj2 account (for the purpose of better understanding the new testing system & how to breed, intact quality foals starting with foundations) unfortunately it won't let me post anything on the forum. I have not yet received any confirmation email of any sort either (yes I checked spam) maybe that has something to do with it? But maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any help with this would be appreciated as I'd like to sell some of the foals I've created.

Try logging off both forum and game as Star Strike, closing the browser, then opening a new browser window and logging on as CometStrike. If that doesn't work, Ammit will have to see what's going on.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
