Purchasing HBs with real money

So a little bit ago I purchased some HBs.. Every other time I've purchased them its come in pretty much straight away.. It's probally coming up to an hour now and I still don't have them.. Does or sometimes take this long in peak hours during the day or?Breeding liver chestnut drafts that carry snowflake and kp.
Also breeder of mushroom, watercolour, chinchilla, splash m, wrong warp and thunderstruck.
Horses generally always available.
