Rank Special Mare Papering Question

is it typical to expect rank special mares to paper red? This has been the case for me for all my rank special mares except this one: http://hj2.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=445681 is she the exception or have I just been extremely lucky? Thanks!

It's to do with how good the rs is. Some are equivalent to perfect foundations (yellow or c) whereas others are exceptionally perfect, resulting in a higher paper (red or b).Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

As far as I know, Perfect Foundations mares should be Red. I have an (Edit: Out With a Bang) mare who is yellow (Yellow is lower than Red. It's very rare for even a second gen mare to paper the next color up, which is Blue.). Perfect Foundation stallions are generally C, though.

Completely normal for a RS to paper red, and even in some cases yellow.

I have had a few RS mares paper yellow though the majority do paper red.

I have a few who paper Yellow as well, I saw a thread were Ammit said the rank specials are on the razor edge between Yellow and red so some may paper Yellow just by random chance.SALVISTAR PERFORMANCE HORSES
